When you think of the Name of Jesus as all powerful, think of it in two ways: 1) Speak His Name and have faith in it. Yes, think of the actual sound of His Name being spoken. “Jesus!” Just think about the ring of it. Satan cringes every time someone says it, particularly if they believe in its power. We find in Acts 3:16 that the lame man who was healed received the power to walk because Peter and John not only spoke the Name of Jesus, but they had faith in that Name. 2) His Name is your badge of authority. Picture His Name as your complete key to access a door that says “Authorized Personnel Only.” This Name authorizes you to enter. Whatever blessing the devil wants to keep you from entering, the Name of Jesus opens the way like a VIP pass! The Name of Jesus grants you rights, it grants you the right to access God’s blessing! You carry Jesus’ certificate of authority, VIP pass, legal document—however you want to see it. Just remember…you have His Name!

Father, I stand confidently today in all that the Name of Jesus had granted me. I know that I am a child of God and I have access to the blessings of Heaven. I stand in faith that I am seated with Christ because I am purchased by the authority of His blood. I resist the devil and I enter my blessing today by the Name of Jesus! In Jesus’ Name, AMEN.
